General Membership:
($1 and above, $25 is requested)

Professional Membership:
($50.00 for individuals, $200.00 for group practice)
- Name is recorded on the Roll of Professional Members displayed at the Association’s office.
- One year subscription to the Association’s quarterly newsletter, Mind Matters.
- Included on the invitation lists for all Association-sponsored events, educational workshops and public policy forums. 25% discount on fees for educational workshops.
- Recognition in the Association’s newsletter and Annual Report.
- One free in-service training for the member’s organization.

Bell of Freedom Society Membership:
($1,000.00 + )
- Periodic information about the Association’s developments and financial status.
- Included on the invitation lists for the Association’s special events.
- Recognition in Association publications – Annual Report, newsletter, dinner programs.

- 25% discount on fees for Association-sponsored educational workshops.
